The Katharine’s Global Menu Series: Spain

Chef Adam Barnett will highlight Spain through a lovely four-course menu celebrating the country’s signature flavors and ingredients, including dishes like Charred Octopus with a Bomba Cake and Green Tomato Gazpacho, and Adobo Skirt Steak with Corn Emulsion, Smoked Potato & Chimichurri. Spanish wines selected by Sommelier Christina Morris will also be available for pairings with your meal. ($65/person; wine pairing is additional $20). Reservations are recommended.
